A prayer for us all in 2010
A Healing
May we hear with new ears and heed the clear voice
which whispers that yes, we do have a choice
May we see with new eyes and not turn away
from actions that may not match what we say
May we touch with new softness and understand
Tears in our eye and the oil on our hands
May we speak gently and honor another
Then focus our healing on Earth Mother
May we taste of success and not climb so high
that we risk a fall from the heights of the sky
May we smell the sea air and the gold roses
Before the door slowly swings back and closes
May we feel and know love from the inside out
and let go of fear and anger and doubt
May we sooth our world with compassion and feel
the energy allowing us all to heal
